Children’s school location is very close from home, children go to school on foot.
Nyoman Selat also lives with her mother, while her father is dead.
Source of income:
- Nyoman Selat works to make tuak (fermented drink from palm tree) with gross income Rp. 30.000 per day, the income is divided by 2 with the land owner @ Rp. 15.000, in 1 month he can work to make tuak as much as 15-20 times.
- His wife works as a farm laborer (harvesting / paddy harvest worker) with an income of Rp. 50.000 per day, during the harvest season she can work as much as 15 times a month, outside the harvest season she works to make canang / means of praying for sale.
- To earn extra income they also keep 2 cows and 1 pig.
- Nyoman Selat gets the help of rice-for-the-poor aid (Raskin) from the government as much as 15 kg per 3-4 months by paying Rp. 24,000.

Housing conditions: the location of the house in the middle of the moor on a hill, like going into the forest, road access is 2.6 km enough for one car only, will be very difficult if the car passed.
