{"id":1958,"date":"2015-04-25T08:24:55","date_gmt":"2015-04-25T08:24:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/?p=1958"},"modified":"2019-01-03T13:37:58","modified_gmt":"2019-01-03T13:37:58","slug":"house-reconstruction-program-for-ni-wayan-sare-in-karangasem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/house-reconstruction-program-for-ni-wayan-sare-in-karangasem.html","title":{"rendered":"Housing Assistance for Ni Wayan Sare in Karangasem"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 23th of April 2015 a donation in a form of a house reconstruction had been handed over to <a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/ni-wayan-sare-a-poor-inhabitant-who-lives-alone-in-a-narrow-hut.html\" target=\"_blank\">Ni Wayan Sare<\/a>; a lonely poor old denizen which had been living in a in a narrow hut in the area of Banjar Dinas Seloni, Culik Village, Abang Sub-District of Karangasem Regency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8506\" alt=\"BESAR-1\" src=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/BESAR-12.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8507\" alt=\"BESAR-2\" src=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/BESAR-22.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The house reconstruction specifications are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>House wide: 4 m x 5 m<br \/>\n&#8211; Bed room: 3 m x 3 m<br \/>\n&#8211; Bath room: 2 m x 1 m<br \/>\n&#8211; Kitchen: 2 m x 2 m<\/li>\n<li>The total wide of the house: 20 m2<\/li>\n<li>Floor: cement finished<\/li>\n<li>Wall: Concrete Brick roughly coated<\/li>\n<li>Wall Height: 3 m<\/li>\n<li>Squat toilet<\/li>\n<li>Small bath tub<\/li>\n<li>Roof: asbestos<\/li>\n<li>Contractor: Mr. Sumardi (08135318544)<\/li>\n<li>Cost: IDR 1,000,000 \/ m2<\/li>\n<li>Total Cost: IDR 20,000,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On 31st of March of 2015, the payment for the construction of 2 houses had been done to Mr. Sumardi; the contractor, below are the detail of the payment;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ni Wayan Sare; house wide 20 m2 x IDR 1 Million\/m2 = IDR 20 Million<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/house-renovation-program-for-ni-nyoman-alit-at-karangasem.html\" target=\"_blank\">Ni Nyoman Alit<\/a>; house wide 12 m2 x IDR 1 Million\/m2 = IDR 12 Million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Total payment is IDR 32 million. Payment receipt attached Bill; <a href=\"javascript:Start('\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Cheque-BCC.jpg',810,353)\">BCC Cheque<\/a> dan <a href=\"javascript:Start('\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Kwitansi.jpg',810,370)\">receipt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The contributors name lists for this house reconstruction donation are;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rudy Laurens family<\/li>\n<li>Hendry Widjojo family<\/li>\n<li>Fedy Romamti family<\/li>\n<li>Eka Nusantoro<\/li>\n<li>JA<\/li>\n<li>Eny Rahayu<\/li>\n<li>Susanto Akiong<\/li>\n<li>Kevin Chandra<\/li>\n<li>NK<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Below are the time lines and processes of the house reconstruction donation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/a-visit-to-karangasem-6.html\" target=\"_blank\">February 27th 2015<\/a>; collecting the information which is related to the planning of house reconstruction donation, and also coordinating with the family involved and local contractor.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/house-reconstruction-program-for-2-families-in-culik-village-abang-karangasem-regency.html\" target=\"_blank\">March 28th 2015<\/a>; showing the project location to appointed contractor; Mr. Sumardi (081353185444). Coordinating with the involved family and the hire to discuss about the position of the building and finding the date to start the construction.<\/li>\n<li>April 1st 2015; The house reconstruction projects was started.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/visit-to-karangasem-with-our-donors.html\" target=\"_blank\">April 18 2015<\/a>; Monitor the progress of the project and arrange a meeting with the chief of Culik Village; Mr. Ketut Sukarta to build a coordination in relation to the project.<\/li>\n<li>April 23rd 2015; the construction had been finished and handed
