Ni Nyoman Alit is a grand mother who lives in a stack, she has no kids, blind, and have hearing problem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8461\" alt=\"BESAR-1\" src=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/BESAR-11.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8462\" alt=\"BESAR-2\" src=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/BESAR-21.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p>House Renovation specifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building size 3 m x 4 m<br \/>\n&#8211; Bedroom: 2 m x 3 m<br \/>\n&#8211; Bathroom: 2 m x 1 m<\/li>\n<li>Total building area: 12 m2<\/li>\n<li>Floor: cement<\/li>\n<li>Walls: plastered brick rough<\/li>\n<li>High wall: 3 m<\/li>\n<li>Toilet squat<\/li>\n<li>Bathtub<\/li>\n<li>Roofing: Asbestos<\/li>\n<li>Contractor: Mr. Sumardi (08135318544)<\/li>\n<li>Prices so: 1 million per m2<\/li>\n<li>Total cost: 12 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The payment was made to contractor Mr. Sumardi on March 31 2015 to build 2 houses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ni Nyoman Alit; building size 12 m2 x Rp. 1 million\/m2 = Rp. 12 million<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/house-reconstruction-program-for-ni-wayan-sare-in-karangasem.html\" target=\"_blank\">Ni Wayan Sare<\/a>; building size 20 m2 x Rp. 1 million\/m2 = Rp. 20 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Total Rp 32 million. Coordinated with family and decendants, also discussed about house location and the good day to start the construction.<\/li>\n<li>1 April 2015; house construction project started.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/visit-to-karangasem-with-our-donors.html\" target=\"_blank\">18 April 2015<\/a>; Surveying the progress of house construction. Met the chief of Culik village; Mr. Ketut Sukarta to coordinate about house renovation project.<\/li>\n<li>23 April 2015; house construction was finished and handed over to the
