Bali Eka Jaya (Eka Jaya Bali Wisata), we handed back the ownership of a recently renovated house to I Nyoman Merah and family; a poor family in Banjar Undisan Kelod, Desa Undisan, Kecamatan Tembuku, Kabupaten Bangli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8545\" alt=\"BIG\" src=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Program-Renovasi-Rumah-Nyoman-Merah\/BESAR-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8545\" alt=\"BIG\" src=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Program-Renovasi-Rumah-Nyoman-Merah\/BESAR-2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Those who attended the handover were as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The donor; PT. Bali Eka Jaya, was represented by Bapak Ketut Sugita, along with others from the company.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The beneficiary; Bapak I Nyoman Merah and family (children, daughter-in-law and grandchildren)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The Team from BCC; Fedy Romamti, Terence Rolfe, I Dewa Gede Yusub Teja<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The renovations (of one bedroom) were as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A door was added; previously there was no door<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">A window was put in; previously there was no window<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">A ceiling was installed; previously there was no ceiling<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The walls were made higher<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The timeline for the implementation of this house renovation project was:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/a-visit-to-bangli-regency.html\" target=\"_blank\">13 May 2016<\/a>;\u00a0the donor undertook a survey \/ fact finding trip to visit several poor residents who were to receive housing assistance from the owner, management and staff of PT. Bali Eka Jaya.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/housing-renovation-program-for-nyoman-merah-and-family-in-banjar-undisan-kelod-desa-undisan-tembuku-bangli.html\" target=\"_blank\">2 July 2016<\/a>;\u00a0the renovations were complete and the renovated house was handed back to the owners. The donor also provided a package of basic necessities (rice, instant noodles, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, salt), bath and laundry soaps, as well as a mattress and
