Batuampin, Jungutan, Karangasem"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On May 7, 2026, we completed building a new house for <a href=\"https:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/wayan-dike-an-orphan-in-dusun-batuampin-jungutan-village-bebandem-karangasem.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Wayan Dike<\/strong><\/a>, an orphan in <strong>Batuampin Hamlet, Jungutan Village, Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">PHOTO 1<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">PHOTO 2<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>The specifications for the house assistance program are as follows<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>2 bedrooms each measuring 2,7 m x 3 m<\/li>\r\n<li>Terrace measuring 1 m x 6 m<\/li>\r\n<li>Total building area 3,7 m x 6 m = 22,2 m2<\/li>\r\n<li>Ceramic floor<\/li>\r\n<li>Inside wall: plastered and painted bricks<\/li>\r\n<li>Front side\/terrace wall: plastered and painted bricks<\/li>\r\n<li>Outside and back wall: unplastered brick<\/li>\r\n<li>Ceiling: Calsiboard<\/li>\r\n<li>Roof: tile<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Donor for this house assistance program is: <strong>Puri Santrian Beach Resort &amp; Spa<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>The following is the process of implementing the housing assistance program:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/wayan-dike-an-orphan-in-dusun-batuampin-jungutan-village-bebandem-karangasem.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">July 2, 2020<\/a>; we conducted a survey to Wayan Dika&#8217;s house.<\/li>\r\n<li>April 12-16, 2026; <br \/>1) Coordinate with Wayan Dika and family, to determine the location of the building, and find a good day to start building the house. <br \/>2) Coordinate with BCC Volunteer in Karangasem area; I Wayan Sudarsana (0852-3840-0091) to help supervise the project so that the construction of the house is in accordance with the specifications and costs that have been determined. <br \/>3) Coordinate with the appointed builder to explain the specifications of the house and the cost of building the house.<\/li>\r\n<li>April 17, 2026; start building the house.<\/li>\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/house-assistance-wayan-dike-br-batuampin-jungutan-karangasem.html\">May 7, 2026<\/a>; the house has been completed.<\/li>\r\n<li>May 9, 2026;
