Bucang, Desa Sakti, Nusa Penida, Klungkung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8545\" alt=\"PHOTO 1\" src=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Nusa-Penida\/PHOTO-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8545\" alt=\"PHOTO 2\" src=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Nusa-Penida\/PHOTO-2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The specification of the renovation program as follows :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bedroom size 2,5 x 3 meter<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">1 x 3 meter porch<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">1 bathroom size 1,5 x 1,5 meter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Total building area is 12,75 m2<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Additional open kitchen area (roof only)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Floor: smooth cement floor texture<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Wall: plastered brick wall<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Roof: asbestos roof<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Total building cost: Rp. 19.600.000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The donor of this house renovation program is Mrs. Amor Ayou.<\/p>\n<p>Below are the steps of the house renovation program:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/visited-several-underprivileged-children-and-family-in-nusa-penida-klungkung.html\" target=\"_blank\">May 10, 2017<\/a>; BCC\u2019s team held a survey to the recipient house<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">August 7, 2017; BCC\u2019s volunteer for Nusa Penida area, Mr. Wayan Urip (0812-3653-5261) coordinated<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">a) with recipient\u2019s family to decide the position of the building and the best day to start the building process.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">b) with the builder to explain the house specification and the cost of building<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">c) with the sub-village head to help to supervise the project so the building process will suit the budget and the specification<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">August 14, 2017; started the building process<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/house-renovation-for-putu-intan-in-br-bucang-desa-sakti-nusa-penida-klungkung.html\" target=\"_blank\">September 5, 2017<\/a>; the house has finished and handed over to the recipient\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Here are some of the picture that we have taken.<\/span><\/p>\n<div
