Dinas Timbul, Bungaya Village, Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8545\" alt=\"PHOTO 1\" src=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Bedah-Rumah-Komang-Budiara\/PHOTO-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8545\" alt=\"PHOTO 2\" src=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Bedah-Rumah-Komang-Budiara\/PHOTO-2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Specifications of house renovation program are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Bedroom with size 3 x 3 meters<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Terrace with a size of 1.2 x 3 meters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Total building area 12.60 meters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Ceramic floor<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Inner wall \/ bedroom: concrete brick plastered and painted<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The outer wall of the front side \/ terrace: concrete brick plastered and painted<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">The outer wall of the side and rear: the brick is not plastered<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Roof: asbestos<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Total cost: Rp. 15.700.000*<\/span><\/p>\n<p>*The cost of building the house swelled because the location of the house is quite far from the main road, through the path, cannot be passed by motor vehicles, so it must spend quite a lot to deliver the building materials.<\/p>\n<p>Donors for this House Renovation program: <strong>Student Representative Council (DPM) Faculty of Engineering, University of Warmadewa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a series of process of the house renovation assistance program implementation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/komang-budiara-poor-elderly-living-alone-in-bungaya-village-bebandem-karangasem.html\" target=\"_blank\">February 3, 2017<\/a>; BCC team conducted a survey to Komang Budiara\u2019s house.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">April 5, 2018;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">1) Coordinate with beneficiaries; I Komang Budiara, to determine the location of the building, as well as looking for a good day to start the process of building the house.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">2) Coordinate with BCC volunteers in Karangasem area; I Gede Yatha Wisnawa (0821-4755-9595) to assist in supervising the project so that the construction of the house is in accordance with the specified specifications and costs.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">3) Coordinate with designers designated to explain the specification of the house and the cost of building the house.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">May 4, 2018; start the process of building the house<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/balicaringcommunity.org\/en\/house-renovation-assistance-for-komang-budiara-poor-elderly-lives-alone-in-bungaya-village-bebandem-karangasem.html\" target=\"_blank\">May 21, 2018<\/a>; the house has been completed and handed over to Komang Budiara.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">May 29, 2018; Melaspas Ceremony (Ceremony for new
