Ida Bagus Komang Merta and his wife have a daughter who is married and lives with her husband in the Kabupaten of Karangasem. There are just the two of them.
Source of income: Ida Bagus Komang Merta and his wife work as labourers in rice fields and don’t have a regular income but rather get an income when the rice is harvested. They get some additional income from looking after 2 cows. Ida Bagus also harvests coconuts by climbing the trees. He and his wife are supplied with rice from the government every month.
The condition of their dwelling: the house is located close to the Telaga Tunjung dam. There are two beds each with a mattress.

- They get water from the nearby dam
