On Friday, June 21, 2013, BCC visited some RTM (poor families) at Denpasar, Renon and Bukian Payangan Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency. This visit was aimed to deliver basic needs assistance donated by one of BCC donors, Ibu Lina Angkasa. The three families who receive the donation were directly chosen by the donor, as below:
- Wayan Dana, poor families with 3 disabled children who live in Renon, Denpasar.
- Ni Repug, poor elderly who lives on her own at Payangan, Gianyar.
- Ni Gelis, poor erderly with disabled families in Payangan, Gianyar. Ni Gelis was not at home when the donation was delivered. The package was taken by her child who suffered from mental retardation.
Each package consisted of 20 kilos of rice, 2 box of instant noodle, 2 kilos of white sugar, and 2 litres of cooking oil.
