On 22 September 2024, we facilitated a group of donors from SOS Bali – Scholars of Sustenance Indonesia – The Food Rescue Foundation to provide food package assistance to 100 underprivileged families in Besakih Village, Rendang District, Karangasem Regency.
The 100 underprivileged families come from the following villages:
- Banjar Dinas Besakih Kawan, Besakih Village, Rendang, Karangasem
- Banjar Dinas Kunyit, Besakih Village, Rendang, Karangasem
- Banjar Angsoka, Besakih Village, Rendang, Karangasem
- Banjar Sukan, Menanga Village, Rendang, Karangasem
On this occasion, the donors were accompanied by BCC volunteers in Besakih area; Agus Astawa and Putu Asnawa.
