On April 16, 2026, we finished building a new house for Ketut Kariawan, an underprivileged family in Banjar Dinas Munduk Waban, Pedawa Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency.
The specifications of the house assistance program are as follows:
- 2 bedrooms, each measuring 3 m x 3 m
- Terrace measuring 2 m x 6 m
- Total building area 5 m x 6 m = 30 m2
- Ceramic floor
- Inside wall: plastered and painted bricks
- Front side/terrace wall: plastered and painted bricks
- Outside and back wall: un-plastered brick
- Roof: spandex
Donor for this house assistance program is: Ekajaya Fast Ferry (PT. Bali Eka Jaya).
The following is the process of implementing the house assistance program:
- January 22, 2026; BCC team and donors conducted a survey to Ketut Kariawan’s house.
- February 10-15, 2026;
1) Coordinated with Ketut Kariawan and family to determine the location of the building, and find a good day to start building the house.
2) Coordinate with local volunteer; Gede Wiradana (0823-2261-4376) to help supervise the project so that the construction of the house is in accordance with the specifications and costs that have been determined.
3) Coordinate with the appointed builder to explain the specifications of the house and the cost of building the house. - February 21, 2026; start building the house.
- April 16, 2026; the house has been completed.
