On 27 December 2024, we handed over a newly-built house to Ketut Wastika; an underprivileged family in Banjar Dinas Dukuh, Bebandem Village, Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency.
The specifications for the house assistance program are as follows:
- 2 bedrooms each with a size of 2.5 m x 3 m
- Terrace with a size of 1 m x 6 m
- Total building area 3.5 m x 6 m = 21 m2
- Ceramic floor
- Inside wall: plastered and painted bricks
- Front side/terrace wall: plastered and painted bricks
- Outside and back wall: unplastered brick
- Ceiling: Calsiboard
- Roof: tile

The following is the process of implementing the housing assistance program:
- November 20, 2024; BCC Volunteer conducted a survey to Ketut Wastika’s house.
- 1 – 5 December 2024;
1) Coordinate with Ketut Wastika and family, to determine the location of the building, and find a good day to start building the house.
2) Coordinate with BCC Volunteer in Karangasem area; I Wayan Sudarsana (0852-3840-0091) to help supervise the project so that the construction of the house is in accordance with the specifications and costs that have been determined.
3) Coordinate with the appointed builder to explain the specifications of the house and the cost of building the house. - December 10, 2024; start building the house
- December 27, 2024; The house has been completed and handed over to Ketut Wastika and family.
