On 21 November 2023, we handed over a simple house to Bp. Wayan Kondra, an underprivileged elderly at Br. Yeh Kori, Jungutan Village, Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency.
The specifications of the house are as follows:
- 1 Bedroom with a size of 2,5 m x 2,5 m
- Terrace with a size of 1 m x 2,5 m
- Total building area 8,75 m2
- Ceramic floor
- Inside wall: plastered and painted bricks
- Front side/terrace wall: plastered and painted bricks
- Outside and back wall: unplastered brick
- Ceiling: kalsiboard
- Roof: tile

The following is the process of implementing the housing assistance program:
- October 10, 2021; BCC team conducted a survey to Wayan Kondra’s house.
- 5 – 10 November 2023;
1) Coordinate with Wayan Kondra and his families, to determine the location of the building, and find a good day to start building the house.
2) Coordinate with BCC Volunteer in Karangasem area; I Wayan Sudarsana (0852-3840-0091) to help supervise the project so that the construction of the house is in accordance with the specifications and costs that have been determined.
3) Coordinate with the appointed builder to explain the specifications of the house and the cost of building the house. - November 15, 2023; start building the house.
- 21 November 2023; the house has been completed and handed over to Wayan Kondra.
