On April 15, 2025, we finished building a house for Wayan Sukerti; an underprivileged family in Banjar Dinas Kelodan, Selumbung Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency.
The specifications of the house assistance program are as follows:
- 2 bedrooms each measuring 2.5 m x 3 m
- Terrace measuring 1 m x 6 m
- Total building area 3.5 m x 6 m = 21 m2
- Ceramic floor
- Inside wall: plastered and painted bricks
- Front side/terrace wall: plastered and painted bricks
- Outside and back wall: unplastered brick
- Ceiling: Calsiboard
- Roof: tile

The following is the process of implementing the housing assistance program:
- February 16, 2025; BCC Volunteer conducted a survey to Wayan Sukerti’s house.
- March 15 – 24, 2025;
1) Coordinate with Wayan Sukerti and family, to determine the location of the building, and find a good day to start building the house.
2) Coordinate with BCC Volunteer in Karangasem area; I Wayan Sudarsana (0852-3840-0091) to help supervise the project so that the construction of the house is in accordance with the specifications and costs that have been determined.
3) Coordinate with the appointed builder to explain the specifications of the house and the cost of building the house. - April 2, 2025; start building the house
- April 15, 2025; the house has been completed
- April 20, 2025; the house was handed over to Wayan Sukerti
