On July 15, 2017 we finished building a simple house for I Wayan Genti (Male/ about 75 years); Poor elderly lives alone at Br. Dinas Mumbul, Jungutan Village, Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency.
Specifications of the home renovation program are as follows:
- 1 Bedroom with a size of 2.5 x 3 meters
- Terrace size 1.5 x 3 meters
- Total building area of 12 meters
- Floor: ceramic
- Inner wall: brick, plastered and painted
- Outer wall: brick, not plastered
- Roof: asbestos
Total construction cost: Rp. 10.200.000.
Donor for this home renovation program is Mrs. Rusmala Dewi.
The following is a series of processes of the home renovation program:
- April 21, 2017; BCC team conducted a survey to his house.
- June 18, 2017;
1. Coordinated with Mr. I Wayan Genti to determine the location of the building, as well as looking for a good day to start the process of building the house.
2. Coordinated with designers designated to explain the specification of the house and the cost of building the house.
3. Coordinated with local hamlet head and BCC volunteer in Karangasem area to assist in supervising the project so the construction of the house is in accordance with the specified specification and cost. - July 15, 2017; House has been completed and submitted to Wayan Genti.
