On May 10th, 2019 we finished building a house for Ni Wayan Merti; an elderly living alone in Dusun Abian Tiying Kelod, Jungutan Village, Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency.
The specifications of the house renovation program are as follows:
1 bedroom sized 2.5 m x 3 m
1 Kitchen sized 1.5 m 2 m
1 bathroom sized 1.5 m x 1 m
Terrace sized 1 m x 3 m
Total building area of 5 m x 3 m = 15 m2
Ceramic floor
Inner wall / bedroom: brick, plastered and painted
Outer wall of the front side / terrace: brick, plastered and painted
Walls on the outside of the side and back: the brick is not plastered
Ceiling: kalsiboard
Roof: tile
Total construction cost: Rp. 21,000,000, – including the cost of installing electricity and water.
The donor for this house renovation program is U Paasha Seminyak Bali.
