@FAITH FLETCHER-KU. Your feedback has been posted on this page, and our readers will see your feedback so that they know the updated information. Thank you.
Please your information on the income for Granny Ghanti is now out of date. She is no longer able to work so does not have an income. I know that you have worked with Marilyn Murray from Australia for years with this family, I am one of the donors….. Ku Family… we are in Taiwan. I now have one teacher from the next village checking in on the family. Without her regular income from cutting the reeds in the fields Granny Ghanti is short of money. Are you please able to update your information on the family. Luh is now ten years of age
.Please let me know if you can update this information.
On my last visit in May 2018 My husband and I were able to take a good supply of stationery and back packs, I think it was two so that little Ni Luh has plenty of colouring pens, pencils and writing books for school. She is a good student and lucky to have such a caring grandmother. In 2020 we shall have to end our financial support as both my husband and I will be near the age of eighty so I am hoping that other people will pick up our example and help this wonderful grandmother who is almost blind and continue to encourage this little girl to study hard so that she will in the future have a chance of good employment. I am hoping to make one last visit, and it will be a susrprise visit to see them again before we go into total reirement. I want any future donors to be assured that Bali Caring Community is exactly that and every month I receive a copy of the payment to the Grandmother. I very much appreciate the honesty and clarity of B.C.C. and be assured that any donation however small will help this family or any family and not wasted. One last thing I should love to share with you. I gave the grandmother a little pack of sweet smelling items of soap and hand cream. To her it was like gold, she was so excited and humbled me as I guess she rarely received anything for herself. Thank you little Luh and your lovely grandmother for making us better people by your appreciation of our donation from many members of my Ku family in Taiwan.
@FAITH FLETCHER-KU. Thank you for donating through Bali Caring Community.
Since being introduced to Bali Caring Community I want to share with you the importance that you can have full trust in the organisation you are donating into. I have experienced money diverted but not with this company. Every month we receive a copy of money paid into the bank and there is follow up by B.C.C. to ensure that all is well. I have with Marilyn Murray from the Australian group of Rainbows for Bali Children and my husband representing our group in Taiwan, visited the Grandmother and granddaughter twice. The donations have made it possible for the little girl to go to school and for the Grandmother to have enough food. We admire the grandmother who works long hours in the heat cutting reeds for a few R.P. but she keeps going, she has her dignity. Many others would not, but this wonderful caring grandmother is close to our heart. You can be assured if you donate through the Bali Caring Community not a dollar will be misused. Thank you to your company leader for freeing staff each week to work for your community.
