The Covid-19 pandemic is not over yet. At a time when cases of Covid rose – the students were required to study from home, so we were unable to provide breakfast for the children at school. Instead, we provided breakfast for the children at BCC Hub. When Covid cases declined – the students went back to school, so we were able to provide breakfast for the children at school again.
Our volunteers, together with medical officers, also held health checks and provided vitamins and medicine to 111 children from SDN 5 Besakih Karangasem. On this occasion, the children were also given education about nutrition and health and received milk assistance, healthy meals, and a package of healthy snacks. The children were also entertained with various games, invited to sing, and participate in coloring competitions with various attractive prizes.
