Update on September 24th, 2016: we have got an information Nyoman Mangku Alit received housing assistance.
I Nyoman Mangku Alit and his wife Ni Ketut Retiwi have 2 children; 1 son (still single), and 1 daughter (already married). They live with their son; I Gede Mustika (M / 30 yo). I Nyoman Mangku Alit had once fallen from a palm trees, his back is hunched until today.
Sources of income: He works as farmers and Ngadas (taking care of) farm cattle that is belonging to his neighbor, his income is irregular, I Gede Mustika is palm wine maker (tuak) with an income of approximately IDR. 200,000 a month.
In the dry season, he had to buy water for cooking purposes, drinking, including for cow’s drinking water. He buys water for IDR. 180,000 per tank, one water tank fulfill their water supply for 1 month.
Condition of the house: cement floor, walls of woven bamboo, the roof of tin. There are 2 bedrooms, both of them have mattress.
