Salam Orphanage was established in 1979. This orphanage can accommodate 50 orphans at maximum capacity, with 5 caretakers now.

Salam Orphanage’s needs are as follows:

  • Groceries and cooking needs: rice, meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, cooking oils, spices, milk, tea, sugar, and cooking gas.
  • School’s expenses: semester fees, school building fees, uniforms, books, exam fees.
  • Toiletries: detergent, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, floor cleaner, dish soap, brooms, mops.
  • Orphanage’s operating costs: electricity, water, telephone, employee wages, etc.

This visit were also conducted by Sunshine Educare, who entertained the foster children by providing motivation class with a variety of exciting games.

  3. i have been here before and my mum Jan comes from australia bringing toys and donations i will be in bali on the 13 july and would like to come and do repairs and painting, fix parthways and cleandown mould on walls i would also like to repaint the basket ball area i have about 7 to 9 days that i would like to spend with you to help and fix some items. mum Jan is sending bags of things with me also u might tell me any medical things i could bring to help. i hope this will just be a start to the things i can do for you regards paul.

    Hello.
    A friend of mine by the name of Ketut Sudirna resident of Tabanan died of typhoid 11th Februray 2014. He was 37 years old. I understand he has a boy and girl aged 14 and 12 that go to school in Tabanan. I also understand Ketut was divorced and lived with his sister and the children in Tabanan. I am making enquiries if this is their school as i wish to make contribution for their schooling fees.
