Description: A school in need of toilet repair assistance
Current School Conditions:
- Toilets: The doors and windows are completely broken, and the wastewater drain is blocked.
- Classrooms: The ceiling of the Grade 2 classroom has collapsed, and the walls around the windows are cracked.
- School Yard: The yard is unpaved and dusty. During the dry season, strong winds blow dust into the classrooms, disrupting teaching and learning activities.
- Technology & Equipment: The school has 15 Chromebook laptops. However, since the number of Grade 5 students this coming July 2026 will be 25, there will be a shortage of 10 laptops. These laptops are needed when Grade 5 students take the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK).
- Note: The ANBK is a nationwide computer-based evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) to assess education quality, student competencies, character, and learning environments.
Assistance Needed:
- School toilet repairs
- Repairs for the collapsed Grade 2 classroom ceiling
- Paving block installation in the school yard to manage dust
- 10 additional laptops for students
