As scheduled, today on Friday February 4, 2011, we are accompanied by Ibu Dawn to visit Pengotan Village Bangli. Arrived at the village office at 11.30, we met the head of Pengotan Village Bapak Wayan Arsana, then we are introduced to the head of Dusun Sunting Bapak Wayan Yarsa who is assigned to accompany us to visit some poor families in the region of Dusun Sunting.
On this occassion, we visi some families such as the family of: 1) Bapak Ketut Rawa and his wife Ni Ketut Tarma, 2) Bapak Nengah Ranas, 3) Bapak Wayan Rajin and his wife Ni Wayan Ngartini, 4) Bapak Wayan Tompel and his wife Ni Ketut Rajin, 5) Bapak Wayan Raja and his wife Ni Ketut Manis, 6) Bapak Ketut Som and his wife Ni Nengah Suti. Afterward, we come by the head of Dusun Sunting’s house, Bapak Wayan Yarsa who is very excited in accompanying us. It is heartwarming finding the fact that his life is even poorer than the others but he still shows his great dedication in serving his people. At last, we visit the family of 7) Bapak Nyoman Gading and his wife.
