Today, on the first week of the month as usual, precisely on December 3, 2010, we revisit Nawa Kerti Village, Abang, Karangasem. On this occassion we visit the village with some friends; Wisna, Dewi, Ibu Dawn, Komang and Bapak Bagus from Ahimsa Villas. Departing at 9.00 from Denpasar, our car is filled with the “donations” from friends especially the 5 big plastic bags of cloths from Ibu Dawn (thank you Ibu). We arrived at the village head’s office approximately at 12.30 and start visiting some poor families directly accompanied by the village’s head.

The visited families are the family of 1) Bapak Wayan Joglogan and his wife Ni Ketut Sungkeg, 2) Bapak Wayan Jati and his wife Ni Nengah Sri, 3) Bapak Ketut Dengkil and his wife Ni Nyoman Peges, 4) Bapak Wayan Cekeg, 5) Bapak Wayan Kawan and his wife Ni Made Sariani, 6) Bapak Wayan Wangi, 5) Ketut Kuat and his wife Ni Wayan Gading.

Finally we have visited and carried out verification for 20 families receiving the first wave of cows donation. Therefore, this is our last visit to this village. Then, on Friday January 7, 2011, we will look for “new village”. And on this occasion, we have taken some pictures of the BCC team together with the village’s head, Bapak Nengah Rata.
