On March 21, 2021 we held a Volunteer Gathering – Gathering of Bali Caring Community (BCC) Volunteers and Rumah BCC Volunteers. This event was held at the Wantilan Rumah BCC at Br. Dinas Besakih Kawan, Besakih Village, Rendang District, Karangasem Regency. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, the number of gathering participants is limited.
On that occasion also attended;
- BCC Denpasar volunteers
- Rumah BCC Volunteers including Tutors and students
- Volunteers of Kelas BCC Buleleng
- Jungutan Village Head and several Dusun Heads
The series of events include;
- 10.00 – 10.30 Wita: Registration at Rumah BCC
- 10.30 – 11.00 Wita: Welcome Dance by the children of Rumah BCC
- 11.00 – 12.00 Wita: Meet and greet among volunteers
- 12.00 – 12.30 Wita:
– Presentation of teaching and learning activities at Rumah BCC
– Comparative study of Kelas BCC Buleleng regarding activities at Rumah BCC
– Submission of award certificate to Rumah BCC Tutor - 12.30 – 13.00 Wita: Lunch
- 13.00 – 13.30 Wita: Discussion
- 13.30 Wita – finish – free program
