On June 7th, 2019 we finished building a simple house for the family of Gusti Wayan Sarjana; an underprivileged family who live in an ex-pig pen in Dusun Dajan Peken, Timpag Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency.
The specifications of the house renovation program are as follows:
2 bedrooms, each with a size of 2.5 m x 2.5 m
Terrace with a size of 1 m x 5 m
Total building area is 17.50 m2
Ceramic floor
Inner wall / bedroom: brick, plastered and painted
Outer wall, the front side / terrace: brick, plastered and painted
Outer side and back wall: the brick is not plastered
Ceiling: kalsiboard
Roof: tile
Total construction cost: Rp. 20,500,000, –

The following is the implementation process of the house renovation assistance program:
April 4th, 2019; the BCC team conducted a survey of the house.
5-9 May 2019;
– Coordinated with beneficiary and his family and the local dusun head to determine the location of the building, and look for a good day to begin the process of building the house.
– Coordinated with the BCC Volunteers in Tabanan; Ni Made Ayu Suastuti (0822-4746-3663) to help supervise the project so that the construction of house is in accordance with the specifications and costs that have been determined.
– Coordinated with the appointed builder to explain the specifications of the house and the cost of building the house.
May 10th, 2019; started the process of building a house.
June 7th, 2019; the house renovation was completed and handed over to the beneficiary.
